Our Story
Meet Emily
Emily is a single mom to two sweet boys, Isaac and Leo — and she puts her family first in everything she does. A Colorado native, she’s always had a heart for creating beauty, whether it was crafting handmade decorations, styling gifts with love, or celebrating every holiday to the fullest.
Much of her creativity and love for hosting comes from her mom, who made every moment magical growing up. That same spark now shows in Emily’s floral designs and the thoughtful touches she brings to every arrangement and gathering. Her background in caregiving has made her a natural nurturer — and her leap into entrepreneurship is rooted in a deep desire to build something meaningful, both for her family and her future.
Meet Ashley
Ashley was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico — a fifth-generation local — but moved around a lot as a kid with her mom. Each new place helped shape her warm, friendly spirit and gave her the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. When they finally landed in Evergreen, CO, Ashley asked her mom if they could stay — and they did. That decision laid the foundation for everything that came next.
Ashley was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico — a fifth-generation local — and spent her early years moving often with her mom, who always encouraged her friendliness and curiosity. When they settled in Evergreen, CO, Ashley knew she had found home — a choice that shaped her love for community and connection.
Inspired by her dad’s entrepreneurial spirit, Ashley began building her own businesses in her twenties — opening and selling restaurants, running a cheese shop, and managing high-end hospitality experiences. When her grandfather became ill, Ashley and her mom returned to Santa Fe to care for him, and it became a deeply grounding chapter. There, she shared many quiet, meaningful moments with her grandmother, whose love for cheese matched her own and became the heart behind her passion.
El Sabor 2 Create is Ashley’s full-circle moment — a celebration of creativity, family, and the flavors of life, brought to life with her best friend by her side.
